I inquired and as far as the designer knows, it was never produced as actual patches.

John (M Knight) shared a photo of one of the patches today on Facebook.

Finally got to see my design as a real patch! I was able to see one of my coworkers today at KSC for a few minutes! She had one of the patches on her.
